Intel CEO Keynote at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2008 — Las Vegas, NV
Jan 7, 2008

Intel Corporation selected Organic Motion to showcase its markerless motion capture technology as a central component of Intel CEO Paul Otellini's keynote speech at CES.  Intel's CEO described his vision of computing in 3–5 years as a fully immersive personal computing experience called 3rd Life or 3D Internet.  He demonstrated his vision by using Organic Motion’s Stage to capture the motions of Steve Harwell, the lead singer of the popular band Smash Mouth, and beam Steve’s motion in real–time into a look–alike animated character in a virtual garage created in the Epic unreal 3D engine. Otellini's vision for the world's first 3D virtual jam session would not have been possible without the empowering technology of Stage.
